Welcome Librarians,

     Chefs of d' Future is a "Cooking School that Comes to You."  We have developed library programs for every age group.   I would love to share my vast repertoire and experience of kid tested and approved recipes at your library.  Adult Classes are available. We offer Live Zoom and Pre-recorded videos with or with out ingredient kits.​​​​​​​

Other programs are always available to suit your needs.

Homemade Gnocchi:
A very interactive class crafting homemade gnocchi.  Fit for Teens, Families and Adult programs.  

Breakfast For Dinner:  1 hour   Choose from a variety of menu items: Pancakes, French Toast Sticks, Green Eggs and Ham, Waffles, Frittatas or Irish Breakfast. Teens and children love this program and for the Adults the Frittatas or the Irish Breakfast are perfect. 

Soup 101:
Soups are easy and fun to make.  With learning the basics you will be able to create classic soups and have the basics for any soup even the more advanced ones.  

Tex - Mex:
A variety of menus are avaiable sweet or savory salsas, homemade tortilla chips, nachos, quesadillas to burritos.  Fun for Cinco de Mayo.
 
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Julie's heirloom recipes handed down from her Nonna to create this classic children's favorite.  We will prepare homemade tomato sauce and handrolled meatballs that are bake instead of fried.  For an extra treat we will prepare garlic bread.

Cakes and Cupcakes themed for any occasion 
All in good fun, Children will can create blooming cupcake, holiday themed emojis or their favorite characters.  The possibilities are endless.  


Sandwiches hot or cold 
1 hour   Choose either grilled cheese, wrap, Panins or finger sandwiches.  Young adults will choose from an assortment of cheese, proteins, vegetables and seasonings to build their sandwich their way.   For a side dish we will prepare macaroni, pasta or potato salad.

Hansel and Gretel Gingerbread Houses
Children will construct and decorate their own gingerbread houses for anytime of the year
